What happens when you send an enquiry
When you submit the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, role, organisation, country, group size, topic and message) are sent over an encrypted connection to our web server and delivered by email to the Empires of Influence team at eoiboardgame@gmail.com. We use your email address only to reply to you. Enquiries are not stored in a database on this website; a short technical log of send attempts (time, result and a hashed connection identifier, without your message) is kept temporarily to prevent abuse.
Email delivery providers
Messages are transmitted through a transactional email provider (Resend) and, as a fallback, our hosting provider’s authenticated mail service (Hostinger). These providers process the message only to deliver it and may route it through servers outside your country. The data controller is Geoartisans LLC, publisher of Empires of Influence; contact us at eoiboardgame@gmail.com to ask about or delete an enquiry you sent.
Spam protection
To block automated abuse the form uses a hidden field, a submission timing check and a per-connection rate limit. No cookies are set by the form and no advertising trackers are used on this site.
External links and embedded resources
This site uses a hosted font and links to YouTube, BoardGameGeek and other websites. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Children's data
This site is intended for parents and educators rather than direct enquiries from children. Do not submit student names or other children's personal information through this form.
